Search four complete free recipes by ingredient words, estimated cooking time, or an explicitly reviewed Vegetarian label. Fetch ingredient quantities, cooking steps, and the original recipe link. Try: “Find a vegetarian dinner with max_minutes set to 30, then fetch its complete recipe and keep the dietary note.” This read-only Streamable HTTP beta needs no account or API key and has been tested in Claude Desktop. It serves fixed public samples, not a personalized household plan or allergy guidance. Plus is separate: CAD $5/month or $50/year for six personalized weekly dinners, recipes, one grocery list and scheduled Saturday email delivery. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; applicable taxes may be added. Eligible Plus members also have a separate saved-plan MCP beta and optional Instacart grocery-list handoff where supported. Shoppers review products and pay on Instacart.
